Tracey Collins is a co-founder of Personal Tax Specialists. She has been working as a tax accountant in public practice since 1989, originally in Sydney, then Canberra and now in Mollymook on the NSW south coast, after making a sea-change in 1993. She owned a successful accountancy practice in Ulladulla for over 12 years, which she sold in 2006.

Tracey received numerous awards whilst operating this practice including;

Since 2000, Tracey has been travelling throughout NSW, Victoria and Queensland presenting workshops, on behalf of the state and federal governments, to groups of between 10 and 150 small business owners, to help them better understand the financial aspects of their businesses.

Objectives

In 2009 Tracey decided to establish Personal Tax Specialists. Her objectives for the practice are to;

1. Be recognised as the personal tax experts in Australia
2. Create awareness about environmentally sustainable business practices and encourage both businesses and individuals to implement sustainable recordkeeping practices
3. Set an example for other regional businesses to expand and sell their expertise Australia wide by utilising technology and minimising the environmental impact of economic growth in their area
4. Set an example for other businesses to offer flexible, work from home arrangements for their employees
5. Support our chosen charities and encourage our clients to participate in fundraising events held throughout Australia
